I'm a Mirror Phobic!

Do you have an extreme fear of something?  Afraid of unknown? It sucks you differently every time you're getting into it. Get nervous, shaky and becoming unreasonably weirdo.

Well, we all know that fear is common to everyone but if you experiencing an intense kind of fearsome you probably has a phobia, a common form of anxiety disorder in which you tend to be super freaked out whenever you see that certain things or feels something strange.

Some types of phobias are strange and unusual. It may seem fictional and funny but don’t treat it as a laughing matter. These phobias are for real and a suffering matter to those people affected by this condition.

However, phobias are highly treatable but it can be chronic if left untreated.  According to clinical behavior specialist, treatment techniques can be done by counter conditioning cognitively and the most effective way without the physical and financial limitations is by virtual reality exposure therapy.

I may too, experience this some kind of phobia, but now I already overcome it. I'm a mirror phobic! I get terrified and having panic whenever I see a …..Mirror…!!!
