For the human body , its made of around 70% water and getting enough water every day is essential for our over all well being. Water transports nutrients and oxygen in every cell tissue and organ in our body. That helps to get rid of bad toxins and so does help to regulate our body temperature.
Most of our water needs met through the water and beverages. And getting thirsty during intense physical activity, hot season and between meals, we splurge for some fluids.
